We are convinced that the clock won’t turn back. On the contrary, this appalling crisis opened the door to a new era, a more open, globalized and paperless world. We are excited to support this change and willing to seize the opportunities it will not fail to offer us!
Over the past months, we have worked hard to design, elaborate and configure a fully integrated enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management tool. Our new “toy” does it all! It enables us to manage Qualix, its resources and contacts as well as to provide accounting and reporting services and deliver in a comprehensive, inclusive and efficient manner.
It is a green, paperless solution that, together with the new scanning tool that we are about to implement, will permit us to save time, space and to reduce the risk of errors to almost zero as it will automatically extract the needed data from documents or selected databases and then capture, classify and treat them.
Our clients will soon be able to take advantage of this tool via a platform accessible from our web site. From there, they can (among others) upload the documents that we need to provide our services, consult their files, dashboards, reports, etc. at any time. Last but not least, our tool can be open and used in any country in the world, enabling us to partnerize through it with other professionals and render accounting services in any country in the world.
