A personalized online IT platform for international investors

Your role

● Manage a clients portfolio -mainly SPVs of Luxembourg Alternative Investment Funds (PE or RE)- throughout the following services lines: domiciliation, accounting and corporate secretary services;
● Be in charge of the day-to-day bookkeeping activities for your own portfolio of clients in Odoo and BOB software as well as supervise more junior accountants on their day-to-day bookkeeping activities;
● Prepare the annual financial statements and periodic reports under Luxembourg Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Lux GAAP);
● Prepare the VAT returns and the EU recapitulative statements;
● Prepare the corporate income tax returns and calculate the tax provisions;
● Participate in clients’ meetings and follow-up on clients’ requests.

Your Profile

● You hold a Bachelor degree in Accountancy or a University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy or equivalent;
● You are fluent in French and have a very good level in English;
● You distinguish yourself by your organizational and communication skills;
● You are focused on details, quality and timeliness;
● You are eager to evolve;
● You have a good presentation and are client oriented.

We are convinced that the clock won’t turn back. On the contrary, this appalling crisis opened the door to a new era, a more open, globalized and paperless world. We are excited to support this change and willing to seize the opportunities it will not fail to offer us!

Over the past months, we have worked hard to design, elaborate and configure a fully integrated enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management tool. Our new “toy” does it all! It enables us to manage Qualix, its resources and contacts as well as to provide accounting and reporting services and deliver in a comprehensive, inclusive and efficient manner.

It is a green, paperless solution that, together with the new scanning tool that we are about to implement, will permit us to save time, space and to reduce the risk of errors to almost zero as it will automatically extract the needed data from documents or selected databases and then capture, classify and treat them.

Our clients will soon be able to take advantage of this tool via a platform accessible from our web site. From there, they can (among others) upload the documents that we need to provide our services, consult their files, dashboards, reports, etc. at any time. Last but not least, our tool can be open and used in any country in the world, enabling us to partnerize through it with other professionals and render accounting services in any country in the world.

The sky is our only limit…

After 18 months of activity, Qualix decided to bring its customers, partners and employees together for a convivial evening organized at Sofitel Luxembourg Le Grand Ducal.

Qualix is a domiciliation, accounting and corporate services company which launched in Luxembourg in the spring of 2017. Focusing on well-known businesses in the Grand Duchy, it aims to be agile and focused on practical and innovative solutions. Its goal is to respond as accurately as possible to its clients challenges, whose entrepreneurial activities might require their service provider to take a new approach to domiciliation and accounting expertise.

Since May 2017, Qualix’s client portfolio and its workforce have grown steadily. Its partners therefore wanted to share with those who supported them in their development a cocktail party held on October 18th.
